Dr Julia’s Philosophy

Dr Julia’s Philosophy

What is Naturopathic Medicine? With similar hours of education and licensing requirements as my MD/DO colleagues, my focus is on encouraging the body's inherent healing abilities, with an aim for restoration and a return to the body's natural balance. Strategic personalized treatments may involve Craniosacral therapy, Whole Food supplements and herbs, peptide and exosome therapy, or other vitality-boosting intervention to help your body’s systems perform at an optimal level. Considering the magnitude of illness in our modern era, it takes powerful and sincere strategies to empower, guard and nourish our best health.

When working together, my commitment is:

  1. 1. Listen and empower the client.
  2. 2. Identify and remove roadblocks to healing.
  3. 3. Promote the inborn healing ability of the body.

The 5 pillars that are evaluated are:

  • Nutritional Status
  • Toxic Exposures
  • Scars/Trauma
  • Environment
  • Microbial Balance/Infections
